摘要
本文提出一种移相控制策略以及模块化的结构,通过分析其等效电路,推导得出模块间均衡电流与移相比成二次函数关系,在移相比为0.25时均衡电流最大。实验结果表明,基于移相控制的模块化半桥锂电池均衡器工作在高频状态仍有较大的均衡电流。这种控制方法使得均衡器中变压器体积小、重量轻,极大地减小了均衡器的体积和重量。
This paper proposes the phase-shift control strategy and modular structure, and deduces the quadratic function relationship between the balancing current and shift ratio, maximum equilib-rium current at the phase shift ratio of 0.25. The experimental results show that the modular half-bridge lithium-ion battery equalizer can still achieve high current when works at high fre-quency. So this control method makes transformer in equalizer have small size and light weight, and greatly reduces the volume and weight of the equalizer.
