摘要 为了获得关于老年人下肢康复锻炼的人体工程学信息,为康复训练产品的参数设定提供支持和指导。本研究采用了JACK人体工程学分析软件,建立了针对下肢屈伸运动的三维模型和数字人体模型,进而构建了虚拟运动环境,将虚拟化的老年人数字模型融入其中,以全面分析老年人康复锻炼任务的整个过程。在康复运动过程中,收集并分析了与舒适度、力学解算、工作姿势、下背部受力以及静态力强度相关的数据结果。通过对这些测试数据的深入分析,我们得出了与人机工程学相关的产品尺寸范围,为设计出更加符合人体工程学原理的康复训练产品提供了有力支持。 In pursuit of comprehensive human factors insights pertaining to lower limb rehabilitation exer-cises among the elderly, with the intent of facilitating parameter support and guidance for the de-velopment of rehabilitation training products. This study employed the JACK Human Factors Analy-sis software, we established three-dimensional models dedicated to lower limb flexion-extension movements, along with digital representations of the human form. Subsequently, we constructed an immersive virtual exercise environment, incorporating the virtualized representation of elderly in-dividuals, thereby facilitating an exhaustive analysis of the complete spectrum of rehabilitation tasks undertaken by this demographic. Throughout the course of the rehabilitation exercises, data encompassing factors such as comfort levels, biomechanical computations, ergonomic postural as-sessments, lower lumbar stress analysis, and static strength predictions were meticulously collect-ed and subjected to rigorous analysis. Through an in-depth scrutiny of these empirical findings, we derived a product size range aligned with the principles of human factors engineering, thereby fur-nishing substantial empirical underpinning for the design of rehabilitation training products that harmonize more effectively with the fundamental tenets of ergonomic science.
