摘要 利用湿法纺丝法通过海藻酸钠和氯化镍的交联反应制备了海藻酸镍纤维。研究了溶液pH、接触时间、温度和吸附剂加入量等因素对海藻酸镍吸附亚甲基蓝的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对纤维样品的形貌和表面官能团进行了表征。实验结果表明:海藻酸镍纤维对亚甲基蓝具有很高的吸附效率,达到平衡的时间仅需要2小时。动力学研究表明海藻酸镍纤维对亚甲基蓝的吸附数据符合准二级动力学方程。等温吸附数据符合Freundlich模型。 Nickel alginate fibers (NAF) were prepared through cross-linking reaction via a wet spinning method. The adsorption properties of methylene blue (MB) onto the fibers were studied through investigating the experimental parameters such as solution pH, contact time, temperature and adsorbent. The morphology and functional groups of the fibers were characterized by SEM and FTIR. The experimental results indicated that the fibers had high MB removal efficiency and the equilibrium time was only 2 h. The adsorption kinetics well matched the pseudo-second order model. The adsorption isotherms were investigated, and it was shown that the Freundlich model was the best fit for the adsorption equilibrium data.
