纳米氧化铝包覆镍钴锰酸锂三元材料的试验研究

摘要 本论文采用高温固相法将镍钴锰酸锂三元材料与纳米氧化铝按一定比例混匀,在高温下,加以焙烧,随后冷却至室温,将其物质粉碎,混合筛分制得到以Al2O3包覆的LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2材料。当包覆的烧结温度为750℃,烧结时间为10 h,包覆量为0.3%时,合成的锂离子电池的综合性能最好,1.0 C容量达到156.3 mAh/g,充放电50次后电池的容量保持率为99.03%,充放电500次后电池的容量保持率为94.55%。
