摘要
采用高压釜动态腐蚀实验方法、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等表面分析技术对比研究了单质硫对集输管材X52钢在H2S/CO2介质中的腐蚀行为的影响,并分析探讨了单质硫存在条件下X52钢的腐蚀加速机理,研究结果可为预测高含H2S/CO2/S环境中的腐蚀危害并实施针对性的防护措施提供依据。
The effect of elemental sulfur on the corrosion behavior of X52 steel in H2S/CO2 medium was studied by means of autoclave dynamic corrosion test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The corrosion acceleration mechanism of X52 steel in the presence of elemental sulfur was analyzed and discussed.The results could provide reference for predicting corrosion hazards in environment with high content of H2S/CO2/S and implementing specific protective measures.
