摘要 耐磨高锰钢是铁基耐磨材料中的代表产品,经过适当的热处理工艺后能获得优秀的耐磨性能,在耐磨材料领域占有重要地位。本文简要介绍了高锰钢的基本知识,重点综述了高锰钢的热处理工艺,除了传统的热处理工艺以外,高压热处理、高温形变热处理等新型热处理工艺也越来越受到人们的重视。 Wear-resistant high manganese steel is the representative product of iron-based wear-resistant materials. After proper heat treatment, it can obtain excellent wear-resistant properties, which plays an important role in the field of wear-resistant materials. In this paper, the basic knowledge of high manganese steel is briefly introduced, and the heat treatment process of high manganese steel is mainly summarized. In addition to the traditional heat treatment process, new heat treatment processes such as high pressure heat treatment and high temperature deformation heat treatment are paid more and more attention.
