涂覆沸石晶种层的方法综述

摘要 沸石分子筛膜(其中MFI型沸石,包括纯二氧化硅形式即纯硅沸石和含铝结构的沸石即ZSM-5沸石)由于其均匀的孔道结构,良好的热稳定性和机械强度,在许多分离领域中有着广泛的应用。而在沸石分子筛膜的合成中,晶种沉积的质量对合成过程至关重要,所以本文重点阐述了在载体上形成均匀连续的沸石晶种层的一些方法,常用的包括浸涂法、真空播种法、摩擦法、空气–水界面沉积技术、电泳沉积法和转印法等等,并对其发展趋势作了展望。 Zeolite molecular sieve membranes (MFI zeolite, including pure silica form namely pure silica ze-olite and aluminum-containing structure zeolite namely ZSM-5 zeolite) due to their uniform pores structure, good thermal stability and mechanical strength, has a wide range of applications in many separation fields. In the synthesis of zeolite molecular sieve membranes, the quality of seed crystal deposition is critical to the synthesis process. Therefore, this article focuses on some methods of forming a uniform and continuous zeolite seed layer on the carrier. Commonly used methods include dip coating, vacuum seeding method, rub coating method, Air-water interface deposition technology, electrophoresis deposition method, and transfer method, etc., and its development trend has prospected.
