硅铝基气凝胶复合材料的合成方法及耐高温方面的应用

摘要 硅铝基气凝胶具有优良的物理化学性质,如高孔隙率、高比表面积、低密度和低导热系数。除了优异的性能外,还可以根据预期用途对其进行改性。虽然硅铝基气凝胶经常被用作热绝缘体,但是也存在一些缺点,如在高温条件(1000℃以上)下机械强度低和尺寸稳定性差等,所以它们的一些性能需要改进。因此本文介绍了硅铝基气凝胶的合成途径,包括不同的来源不同的前体,以及在隔热方面的改性方法,并且讨论了它们在隔热方面的应用。 Silica-alumina-based aerogels have excellent physicochemical properties such as high porosity, high specific surface area, low density, and low thermal conductivity. In addition to the excellent proper-ties, they can be modified according to the intended use. Although silica-alumina-based aerogels are often used as thermal insulators, there are some disadvantages, such as low mechanical strength and poor dimensional stability at high temperature conditions (above 1000℃), so some of their properties need to be improved. Therefore, this paper presents the synthesis pathways of silica-alumina-based aerogels, including different precursors from different sources, and the modification methods in thermal insulation, and discusses their applications in thermal insulation.
