均值–极差控制图在天线罩生产中的应用

Application of Mean Range Control Chart in Radome Production

控制图作为统计过程控制(statistical process control, spc)的重要组成部分广泛应用于制造业生产过程中,可以更客观准确地分析生产过程出现的问题,以便及时调整异常波动。本文通过对某一批次的天线罩重量进行汇总,利用Excel软件绘制均值–极差控制图进行分析,阐述了控制图在生产过程中对产品质量稳定性控制的意义。

As an important part of statistical process control, the con-trol chart is widely used in the manufacturing production process. It can analyze problems in pro-duction process more objectively and accurately, so as to adjust abnormal fluctuations in time. This paper summarizes the weight of a certain batch of radomes and draws the mean range control chart with Excel software for analysis, and expounds the significance of the control chart to the product quality stability control in the production process.
