柱齿钎头热嵌固齿工艺研究

摘要 本文从热嵌固齿工艺的研究入手,对钎头体样品进行机械性能和硬度的测试,确定材质的热处理工艺;通过热膨胀系数的测试确定合金柱与齿孔的合理过盈量;后续经过孔板热镶固齿过盈量及抱紧力的试验测定,确定装齿温度;通过矿山现场凿岩实验的验证,确定了热嵌固齿工艺在矿山用钻头批量生产中的可行性。对比传统使用的冷压固齿和焊接固齿工艺,采用热嵌固齿工艺进行固齿,大大提高了凿岩用钻头的质量和寿命,最终达到提高产品质量的目的。 In this paper, the mechanical properties and hardness of the drill bit body samples were tested to determine the heat treatment process of the material from the study of the hot embedded teeth process. The reasona-ble interference between the alloy column and the tooth hole is determined by testing the thermal expansion coefficient. Subsequently, the mounting temperature was determined by the test of the interference amount and the holding force of the hole plate hot embedded teeth. Through the veri-fication of the rock drilling experiment in the mine site, the feasibility of the hot embedded tooth process in the mass production of the mine drill bit is determined. Compared with the traditional cold pressing tooth fixing and welding tooth fixing process, the hot embedded tooth fixing process is used to fix the teeth, which greatly improves the quality and life of the drill bit for rock drilling, and finally achieves the purpose of improving product quality.
