干燥温度及程序对发光涂层的结构和形貌的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 氚光源因其优越的性能,在各领域的应用越来越广泛。发光涂层的制备,是氚光源制备过程中的重要一环。为了明确干粉法制备发光涂层的干燥工艺,分别使用低浓度和高浓度两种不同的粘结剂溶液,在不同干燥温度和干燥程序下制备发光涂层,并使用扫描电镜和能谱分析对其进行表征。结果表明,450˚C是粘结剂固化的合适温度,低浓度粘结剂制备涂层时,不必提前脱除溶剂,直接放入450˚C的马弗炉中干燥,即可得到所需涂层;高浓度粘结剂制备涂层时,需在90˚C鼓风状态下预干燥30 min,再进行高温固化。 Tritium light sources are widely used in various fields due to their superior performance. Luminescent coatings are an essential component of tritium light sources. Two adhe-sive solutions of different concentrations were used to prepare phosphor coatings at different dry-ing temperatures and procedures. Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectros-copy were used to characterize these fluorescent powder coatings. As a result, the adhesive can re-act adequately at 450˚C. Glass tubes with wet coatings can be placed directly into a 450˚C muffle furnace without pre removing solvents, when low concentration adhesive solution was used for flu-orescent powder coating. Glass tubes with wet coating need to be pre dried at 90˚C for 30 minutes before being placed in high-temperature equipment, when high concentration adhesive solution was used.
