工业废物制备硅酸盐水泥研究综述

摘要 随着我国制造业的磅礴发展,在发展过程中产生了大量工业废物,这些工业废物对环境和人类健康造成了严重影响,而且工业废物的处理也面临着非常大的困难。因此,如何将这些废弃物转化为有价值的资源成为了一个重要的研究方向。文章介绍了粉煤灰、钢渣、铁尾矿、镍铁渣、铜尾矿、金尾矿这六种工业废物在制备硅酸盐水泥方面的研究现状,通过将这些工业废物制备成硅酸盐水泥不仅可以极大地缓解环境压力,而且可以实现废物利用。 With the vigorous development of China’s manufacturing industry, a large amount of industrial waste has been generated during the development process. These industrial wastes have caused serious impacts on the environment and human health, and the treatment of industrial wastes also faces great difficulties. Therefore, how to transform these wastes into valuable resources has become an important research direction. This paper introduces the research status of six kinds of industrial wastes, including fly ash, steel slag, iron ore tailings, iron-nickel slag, copper tailings, and gold tailings, in the preparation of Portland cement. By preparing these industrial wastes into Portland cement, it can not only greatly alleviate environmental pressure, but also realize waste utilization.
