摘要
采用溶剂热法制备了蓝色、绿色和黄绿色固态碳点复合荧光粉。荧光光谱表明,所制备的荧光粉存在两个荧光起源,为探究其荧光起源,用荧光激发谱、紫外可见吸收光谱、傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱及X射线光电子能谱对其光学性质和表面结构进行了表征与分析,结果表明,450 nm左右的荧光来源于柠檬酸在水热过程中产生的碳核,而540 nm左右随激发波长依赖的荧光来源于C=O相关的表面态。
Blue, green and yellow-green carbon dots composite phosphors were prepared by solvothermal method. Fluorescence spectra show that there are two fluorescence origins of the prepared phosphor. In order to investigate the fluorescence origins, PLE, UV-Vis, FTIR and XPS were used to characterize and analyze their optical properties and surface structure. The results show that the fluorescence around 450 nm comes from the carbon nuclei which are produced by the citric acid in the hydrothermal process, while the fluorescence around 540 nm dependent with excitation wavelength comes from the C=O surface state.
