层数可调的稀土Er掺杂二硫化钼的制备与光学性质的研究

摘要 我们通过化学气相沉积(CVD)法在硅衬底上制备稀土元素掺铒(Er)的二硫化钼(MoS2),并且通过调控温度,保温时间等,可成功对稀土掺杂的二硫化钼的层数进行调控。研究了Er-MoS2的表面形貌、晶体结构和光学特性。结果表明,在室温下,不同层的掺铒二硫化钼在可见光范围内都表现出较强的光吸收和光致发光,其强度大约是未掺杂的10倍。结果表明,稀土Er掺杂二硫化钼可以显著提高其光电特性,可用于制备高效的发光和光电器件。 We prepared erbium (Er)-doped molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) with rare-earth elements on silicon substrates by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and the number of layers of rare-earth-doped MoS2 can be successfully regulated by adjusting the temperature and holding time. The surface morphology, crystal structure and optical properties of Er-MoS2 were investigated. The results show that different layers of Er-doped molybdenum disulfide exhibit strong light absorption and photoluminescence in the visible range at room temperature, which is about 10 times stronger than that of the undoped one. The results indicate that rare earth Er-doped molybdenum disulfide can significantly improve its photoelectric properties and can be used to prepare highly efficient light-emitting and photovoltaic devices.
