Al粉能量释放速率提升途径研究进展

摘要 Al粉作为一种储量丰富且燃烧热值较高的金属燃料,其释能效果对火炸药、推进剂等含能材料的做功效率有着显著影响,提升其能量释放效率已成为当前含能材料领域亟待解决的热点问题。针对Al粒子表面的Al2O3壳层阻碍了其能量释放过程,本文分别从反应掉Al2O3壳层的氟聚物包覆技术、保留Al2O3壳层的预应力化热处理技术以及替换Al2O3壳层的金属层包覆技术三个方面论述了Al粉能量释放速率提升途径的研究进展,以期为提高Al粉能量利用率,促进高能量密度含能材料的发展提供研究思路。As a kind of metallic fuel with abundant reserves and high calorific value of combustion, the energy release effect of Al powder has a significant impact on the work efficiency of energetic materials such as explosives, propellants and so on, and improving its energy release efficiency has become a hot issue to be solved urgently in the field of energetic materials. Since the shell layer on the surface of Al particles hinders the energy release process, this paper discusses the study progress of the ways to improve the energy release rate of Al powders from three aspects, namely, the fluorine polymer coating technology that reacts with the Al2O3 shell layer, the prestressed heat treatment technology that preserves the Al2O3 shell layer and the metal coating technology that replaces the Al2O3 shell layer, in order to improve the energy utilization rate of Al powders. It provides research ideas to promote the development of high-energy materials with high energy density.
