计划行为因素重要性的逆向分析模型及应用

摘要 为了达到计划目标,本文在计划的制定过程中,运用逆向分析模型,以确定计划中行为因素的权重,以利于管理者根据权重值的不同类型制定相应的政策;其次在计划的实施控制过程中,通过逆向分析模型,将外部环境改变引入到执行过程中,以保证计划目标的实现。最后将该方法应用于某课程教学质量控制目标的计划制定的实际运作中。结果表明:运用本文所述的逆向分析模型既能够确定影响计划的各因素的重要性,又得计划的制定更加科学,且能够将计划的实施掌握在控制范围内,为管理者制定较符合实际的计划提出了可靠的理论依据。 In the plan-making process, in order to achieve program objectives, this paper used the reverse analysis model to determine the management plan target weight, and then developed the appropriate policies according to the different types of the weights. Second, in the implementation of the plan control process, thought the reverse analysis model this paper introduced the external environment changes to the imple- mentation process to ensure program goals. Finally, the method is applied to a teaching quality assessment of the actual planning of the operation. The results showed that: the use of reverse analysis model could determine the importance of the factors affecting programs to make program development more scientific, and also could control the implementation of the plan for managers to develop a more realistic plan based on reliable theory.
