摘要
针对军队院校科技创新的思维方法和可持续发展问题,基于历史唯物主义世界观和系统思想,提出一种纵横结合的二元认知模式,建立了基于“联系和发展”的科研工作方法论,并借鉴目前电商领域的一些营销管理思路和方法,对科研工作开展过程中的一些关键问题进行了理性思考,归纳和分析了资源整合、宣传造势等要点要素和流程,为军队院校科研管理部门和科研工作人员提供参考。
Aiming at the thinking method and sustainable development of scientific and technological innovation in military academy, based on the historical materialism world view and system thought, this paper puts forward a dualistic cognitive model of vertical and horizontal integration, and establishes the scientific research work methodology based on “contact and development” concept. And this paper also makes some rational thinking on some key problems in the course of scientific research work, by drawing lessons from some marketing management ideas and methods in the field of electric business. We summarize and analyze the elements and processes of resource integration and promotion and it provides a reference for management and research staff in Military Academies.
