摘要
本文通过问卷调查和实地调研相结合的方法,对天津西青大学城的高校校内快递区进行调查,发现物流“最后一公里”配送的基本情况和存在问题,比较分析自建物流网点模式和智能自提柜模式的优缺点,并提出相应的解决措施和优化方案,以期望能提高用户对天津大学城高校快递区的服务满意度[1]。
Through the combination of questionnaire survey and field investigation,this paper investigates the express area of university in Xiqing,Tianjin,finds out the basic situation and existing problems of logistics“last kilometer”distribution,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of self-built logistics network model and intelligent self-lift cabinet model,and puts forward corresponding solutions and optimization schemes in order to improve the user’s service satisfaction to the express area of Tianjin University City and university[1].
