K公司历来注重青年人才队伍培养工作,制定了相对较完善的人才培养政策及激励措施,基于此,K公司研究院根据自身特点,创新人才培养机制,推动青年科研人才快速成长成才,构建层次鲜明的科研人才队伍,形成了以青年“号”、“手”、“队”以及科研项目组为基本单元的青年科研创新团队,在实际生产中起到了重要的作用,为公司稳步发展提供了较有力的核心技术支撑。
K Company has always attached great importance to the cultivation of young sci-tech talents and formulated relatively perfect policies and incentive measures for talent cultivation.
