无氟超疏水混凝土全寿命周期成本及市场前景分析

摘要 对超疏水混凝土进行了全寿命周期成本分析。选取喷涂氟碳防腐涂料的混凝土与无氟超疏水混凝土两种方案进行经济性研究,运用费用年值法计算每种方案在施工、运维阶段的成本。结果表明,无氟超疏水混凝土在维修间隔大于7年时,其全寿命周期成本较喷涂氟碳防腐涂料的混凝土更低。借助SWOT分析法,得出无氟超疏水混凝土具有更好的经济性与推广应用价值。 Life cycle cost analysis of super-hydrophobic concrete was conducted. Two kinds of concrete sprayed with fluorocarbon anticorrosive coating and non-fluorinated super-hydrophobic concrete were selected for cost analysis, and the cost of each project was calculated by the annual cost method during the construction and operation and maintenance stages. The results showed that the non-fluorinated super-hydrophobic concrete was under maintenance and when the interval is greater than 7 years, the life cycle cost is lower than that of concrete sprayed with fluorocarbon anticorrosive coating. With the help of SWOT analysis method, it is concluded that non-fluorinated super-hydrophobic concrete has better economic efficiency and promotion application value.
