基于布局优化的产能提升方案设计

摘要 针对YK工厂产线产能不平衡、线边库杂乱无章、物流路线规划不合理,管理模式各自为政,割裂式管理及现场布置规划不合理等现象,本课题以工厂整体布局和管理模式作为研究对象,运用工业工程相关知识,加入了成套库的概念,对物流路线问题、搬运频次、管理模式等问题进行改善。运用了flexsim和Tecnomatix仿真系统,验证了SLP规划布局的可行性。通过布局的规划,工厂的面积利用率增加到66.97%,缩短了生产制程周期,降低了企业的物流搬运成本,企业生产成本,从而达到提高产能,节约成本的目的。 In view of the unbalanced production line capacity, disordered line side warehouse, unreasonable logistics route planning, separate management modes, unreasonable split management and site layout planning of YK factory, this topic takes the overall layout and management mode of the factory as the research object, applies the relevant knowledge of industrial engineering, and adds the concept of complete warehouse to improve the logistics route, handling frequency and management mode. Flexsim and Tecnomatix simulation system is used to verify the feasibility of SLP layout. Through the layout planning, the area utilization rate of the factory increased to 66.97%, which shortened the production process cycle, reduced the logistics handling costs and production costs of enterprises, thus achieving the purpose of increasing production capacity and saving costs.
