基于体验式的新商科创业教育生态系统构建及评价研究

摘要 随着互联网+、大数据、区块链等高新技术的迅猛发展,对于高校商科人才培养高质量发展要求越来越高。为提高我国高校新商科大学生创业教育质量,本研究在分析借鉴国内外研究观点的基础上,从课程设计、师资配备、企业实践、社团组织四个因素构建了商科特色创新创业教育生态系统模型。并运用系统思维方法对创新创业教育系统进行了客观、全面的评价,客观衡量新商科体验式创业教育的质量和效果,最后从政策、服务、金融层面提出了优化高校大学生创新创业系统的建议。 With the rapid development of Internet plus, big data, block chain and other high and new technologies, the higher quality requirements for business personnel training in colleges and universities are getting higher and higher. In order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education for new business students in colleges and universities in China, based on the analysis and reference of research views at home and abroad, this study constructs an ecosystem model of innovation and entrepreneurship education with business characteristics from four factors: curriculum design, teacher allocation, enterprise practice and community organization. Using the systematic thinking method, this paper makes an objective and comprehensive evaluation on the innovation and entrepreneurship education system, objectively measures the quality and effect of the new business experiential entrepreneurship education, and finally puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship system of college students from the aspects of policy, service and finance.
