基于“美好生活需求”内涵的高质量发展评价指标体系构建

Research on the Connotation of High-Quality Development and the Construction of Index System Based on the Demand for a Better Life

十九大报告首次提出了“美好生活”的理念,本文从“人民对美好生活的需求”角度,重新定义高质量发展内涵。利用中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,采用因子分析法,构建反映人民主观感受的“人民幸福度”维度。采用文本分析和文本挖掘,根据已有文献的指标贡献率,结合“人民幸福度”指标,构建了能够综合评价高质量发展水平的指标体系。

The concept of “Good Life” was first introduced in the 19th CPC National Congress Report. This paper redefines the meaning of “High-Quality Development” from the perspective of “People’s Demand for a Good Life”, and applies factors analysis using the data from the China General Social Survey (CGSS) to construct the assessment dimension “People’s Happiness”, which reflects people’s subjective feelings. Finally, the assessment index system which can comprehensively assess the actual “High-Quality Development Level” is constructed, constituting assessment indicators mined from the relevant studies available and assessment indictors excavated from the CGSS.
