摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们出行的方式也越来越多样化,乘坐出租汽车出行也日益成为广大群众的一种重要选择,能不能提供优质的服务是出租客运行业良性发展的重要因素,而作为客运出租从业人员,他们的服务质量直接反映出客运出租行业的管理水平,为了加强对客运出租从业人员的管理,人文方面的关怀必不可少,本文首先阐述了客运出租行业实施人文管理的目的,分析了客运出租行业实施人文管理的作用,并提出了客运出租行业实施人文管理的方法,意在更好的促进客运出租行业的向好发展。
With the continuous development of social economy, the way people travel has become increasingly diverse. Taking a cab ride also becomes an important choice. The broad masses that can provide high quality service is the important factor of taxi passenger transportation industry benign development, and as a passenger rental practitioner, the quality of their services is directly reflected in the management level of passenger taxi industry. In order to strengthen the passenger rental from personnel management, humanistic care is necessary. This paper expounds the taxi industry to implement the humanistic management. The purpose of the function of taxi industry implementing humanistic management is analyzed. It put forward the taxi industry implementing humanistic management method, meant to better promote the positive development of passenger taxi industry.
