关于河北省自建房安全问题及建议

Safety Problems and Suggestions for Self-Built Houses in Hebei Province

近年来,随着我省城乡房屋保有量逐年增加,相关安全隐患也开始显现。省内存在自建房发生倒塌事故,引发社会关注。长期以来,自建、自住、自管是广大农村地区建房的主要方式。自建房量大面广、情况复杂,大都无规划、无设计、无监理、无正规施工队伍,导致建成房屋建筑质量差,存在重大安全隐患,建筑布局零乱、居住环境较差,严重影响城市化建设和发展,潜在的安全隐患不容小觑。房屋管理连着千家万户,事关人民群众生命财产安全,事关社会大局稳定。基于此,在河北省省内展开相关调研,以城乡自建房为对象,总结一些问题,并提出建议。

In recent years, with the increase of urban and rural housing ownership in our province year by year, related safety risks have also begun to appear. There are self-built houses in the province, causing social concern. For a long time, self-construction, self-living, and self-management is the main way to build houses in vast rural areas. The self-built houses, with large quantities and wide areas, often lack proper planning, design, supervision, and regular construction teams, resulting in poor construction quality, significant safety hazards, disorganized architectural layout, and undesirable living conditions, seriously affecting urbanization and development. The potential safety risks should not be underestimated. Housing management is connected to thousands of households, concerning the safety of people’s lives and property, and concerning overall social stability. Based on this, our team carried out relevant research in Hebei Province, focusing on urban and rural self-built houses as the object, summarized some problems, and put forward suggestions.
