基于业财融合背景的财务共享体系研究——以浙江省烟草公司为例

财务共享是企业财务管理模式的创新,通过业务流程再造以及新技术革新,改变了原先分散低效的财务工作模式,有力地支持了财务职能转型。浙江烟草通过建立财务共享体系,大幅提高了企业的自动化和数字化水平,推进财务管理深度转型。本文基于业财融合背景,首先分析当前浙江省烟草公司财务共享体系建设的发展现状,基于业财融合背景对财务共享进行深入分析,总结、归纳浙江省烟草公司在财务共享方面的成效和成功经验,对烟草企业探索建设财务共享体系提供参考借鉴,降低财务风险,提高管控水平,实现业财融合。
