山岭隧道抢救性施工风险管理研究

摘要 山岭隧道抢救性施工因施工地点、性质的特殊性和复杂性,其相较普通施工任务存在较大安全风险。为提高山岭隧道抢救性施工风险管理的系统性和科学性,将风险管理划分为风险识别、风险评估和风险应对三个部分,描述了风险识别、评估的方法和步骤,风险应对的手段及预警体系,提出智慧工地理念应用于抢救性施工风险管理的具体方法,制定了标准化、规范化、科学化的风险管理流程,为山岭隧道抢救性施工风险管理提供了理论基础。 Due to the particularity and complexity of the construction site and nature, the rescue construction of mountain tunnels has greater safety risks than ordinary construction tasks. In order to improve the systematicity and scientificity of risk management in the rescue construction of mountain tunnels, risk management is divided into three parts: risk identification, risk assessment and risk response, which specify the methods and steps of risk identification and assessment, the risk control methods and early warning system respectively. The method of applying the concept of smart site to rescue construction is proposed, and a standardized, standardized and scientific risk management process is formulated, which provides a concept model for the risk management of rescue construction of mountain tunnels.
