摘要
目的:明确智慧社区作为城市精细化治理的“最后一公里”,对城市基础设施的前瞻性布局,对先进技术和人才的战略投资,也是对更多服务岗位和有竞争力的现代信服服务行业的创造,终将成为城市发展核心竞争力的根本所在。方法:通过对智慧社区的生成逻辑为基点,以理性行为理论、自我效能理论、府际关系理论等进行分析智慧社区为社区居民提供一个安全、舒适、便利的现代化、智慧化生活环境,从而形成基于信息化、智能化社会管理与服务的一种新的管理形态的社区。结果:治理智慧社区是发展智慧城市的关键内容之一,通过以社区为单位进行数字化、智能化的建设,以点带面地逐步实现整个城市的智慧化。智慧社区是从强调技术为核心到强调以技术为人服务为核心的一种转变,通过技术使人们生活更加便捷,更加人性化,更加智慧化,真正提高居民的生活质量是构建智慧社区的目标。Abstract: The purpose is to clarify that smart communities, as the “last mile” of refined urban governance, forward-looking layout of urban infrastructure, strategic investment in advanced technology and talents, and the creation of more service jobs and competitive modern and convincing service industries will eventually become the root of the core competitiveness of urban development. Method: To provide a safe, comfortable and convenient modern and intelligent living environment for community residents by analyzing the generation logic of smart community based on rational behavior theory, self-efficacy theory and inter-governmental relations theory, so as to form a new management form of community based on information and intelligent social management and service. Results: The governance of smart community is one of the key contents of the development of smart city, through the community as a unit of digital and intelligent construction, to gradually realize the wisdom of the whole city. Smart community is a transformation from emphasizing technology as the core to emphasizing technology as the core of human service. Through technology, people’s life is more convenient, more humane, more intelligent, and truly improving the quality of life of residents is the goal of building smart community.
