室温制备形貌可控的EuF<sub>3</sub>纳米晶体及其光致发光性能

摘要 以有机物C4H12NF·4H2O(C4)作为氟源,通过改变溶剂体系水和乙醇的用量,在室温下成功制备了具有不同形貌和尺寸的EuF3纳米晶体。使用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对EuF3的纯度、晶相和形貌进行了表征。本文系统地讨论了氟源和溶剂对EuF3形貌的影响,提出了可能的反应机理,并进一步研究了不同形貌的EuF3纳米晶的荧光性质。 Employing C4H12NF&#183;4H2O (C4) as fluoridesource, EuF3 nanocrystals with different morphologies have beensuccessfully prepared by varying the solvents (water and ethanol) at roomtemperature. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electronmicroscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used tocharacterize the purity, crystalline phase and morphologies of EuF3 samples.Theeffects of the fluoride source and the solvent on the morphologies of the EuF3 nanocrystals have been systematically investigated. Furthermore, thephotoluminescent properties of different morphological EuF3nanocrystalswere measured.
