摘要
本文针对PMMA (亚克力)材料的样板,研究了粗糙度对PMMA材料的耐酒精溶剂的劣化试验的影响。首先通过应力检测设备和有限元分析软件分析PMMA样板的应力分布,然后对未进行处理和完成粗糙度处理的亚克力板进行不同温度的加热,最后对不同温度下的亚克力板喷涂不同浓度的酒精进行劣化试验,验证粗糙度对亚克力材料与酒精溶剂的溶胀作用的影响。
Aiming at the sample of PMMA (acrylic) material, this paper studies the influence of roughness on the degradation test of PMMA material's alcohol solvent resistance. First, the stress distribution of PMMA sample is ana-lyzed through stress detection equipment and finite element analysis software, and then the acrylic plate that has not been treated and the roughness treatment is heated at different temperatures. Finally, the acrylic plate sprayed with different concentrations of alcohol at different temperatures is subjected to degradation tests to verify the influence of roughness on the swelling effect of acrylic material and alcohol solvent.
