显影材料在外科疝修补中的应用及进展

摘要 补片植入已经成为外科疝修补术的主流。与传统的有张力的手术修补方法相比,补片植入极大地加强了缺损腹壁强度,降低了复发率,但同时会带来一些补片相关并发症,如慢性异物反应(FBR)、腹腔粘连、感染以及瘘的发生。研究表明,这些并发症的发生与补片的挛缩移位密切相关,然而现有的影像学手段很难追踪这一过程,导致迫切需要开发一种与人体具有良好相容性并可在影像学下观察到的补片。本文介绍了常见显影材料在疝修补应用中的安全性及可视化的进展。 The use of meshes has become themainstay of surgical hernia repair. Compared to traditional tensioned surgicalrepair methods, mesh implantation has greatly enhanced the strength of thedefective abdominal wall and reduced the recurrence rate, but at the same time,brings about some mesh-related complications, such as chronic foreign bodyreaction (FBR), abdominal adhesions, infection, and fistula development.Studies have shown that the occurrence of these complications is closelyrelated to contracture and displacement of the mesh, yet available imagingtools do not track this process, leading to an urgent need to develop a meshthat is compatible with the body and can be observed on imaging. This articlepresents advances in the safety and visualization of common developingmaterials for hernia repair applications.
