摘要
目的:明确精细化管理对肿瘤患者在化疗护理安全管理中的应用效果,为医院管理者安全管理医院提供理论参考根据。方法:从2012年6月开始对肿瘤科实行精细化管理。在开展精细化管理前后分别对西安某三家三级甲等医院肿瘤科的患者及其家属进行满意度问卷调查和对护理质量进行评估。用Ep.Date1.5和SPSS16.0软件对精细化管理实施前后患者及其家属的满意度得分和护理质量得分分别进行比较和分析。结果:实施精细化管理后肿瘤患者及其家属的满意度显著高于实施精细化管理前的满意度(p );精细化管理实施后护理质量评分均显著高于精细化管理实施前的护理质量评分,差异有显著性(p )。结论:精细化管理能明显提高肿瘤科患者及其家属的满意度,改善护理服务质量,保障肿瘤科病人的护理安全,降低肿瘤科医疗事故的发生率。
Objective: To explore the effects of application of refined management in the cancer patients with chemotherapy safety management, and then to offer some rationales for better chemotherapy safety management. Methods: the refined management was implemented from July 2012 in the 3 Class III Grade I hospitals in Xian city of China, and at the same time, before and after the refined management carried out, the nursing care quality was assessed among the hospitalized patients and their family members by using satisfaction surveys. And then, the Ep.Date1.5 and SPSS16.0 softwares were used to analyze and compare the satisfaction scores as well as nursing care quality scores before and after implementation. Results: The satisfaction scores of patients and their family members after the delicacy management implementation are higher than that before implementation, which have a statistical difference (p Conclusion: The refined management could improve the satisfaction of family numbers and patients and nursing care quality, and further, it would reduce the incidence of medical malpractice. The refined management is worth to be applied and generalized in the Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy Safety Management.
