摘要
目的:研究呼吸内科住院患者意外跌倒发生的原因与对策。方法:对我院呼吸内科2014年住院部6例跌倒患者进行回顾。结果:从内科住院部人员、环境、机制等方面分析患者跌倒原因,并提出相应的护理对策。结论:在呼吸内科日常医护工作中,要加强医务人员责任培养与教育,改善医院内科环境,全方位降低患者跌倒情况的发生几率。
Objective: Causes and countermeasures of accidental falls in hospitalized patients in Department of Respiratory Medicine were studied. Methods: A retrospective study of 6 patients with falls in the Department of Respiratory Medicine in 2014 was conducted. Result: The causes of falls in patients were analyzed from the staff in the Medical and Inpatient Department, the environment, the mechanism and so on. The corresponding nursing measures were put forward. Conclusion: In the respiratory medicine daily health care work, it should strengthen the medical staff training and education and improve the internal environment of hospitals to lower the occurrence probability of the patient fall in all directions.
