一例自发性气胸患者的围手术期护理

The Perioperative Nursing Care of a Patient with Spontaneous Pneumothorax

目的:探讨电视胸腔镜(VATS)治疗自发性气胸的围手术期护理。方法:对患者进行针对性的术前心理护理、呼吸训练、术后加强呼吸道管理、引流管的护理、并发症的预防护理,并进行出院指导。结果:通过围手术期内针对性护理干预,患者手术顺利完成,在恢复期病情平稳,没有出现并发症及不良反应。在预计期内完成临床治疗方案康复出院。结论:胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸的临床护理采用全面护理干预有助于减少术后并发症发生,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。

Objective: To investigate the perioperative nursing of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods: The patient was given preoperative psychological nursing, respiratory training, postoperative respiratory tract management, drainage tube nursing, complication prevention and nursing care. Results: Through the perioperative nursing intervention, the surgery was successful and the patient was in stable condition in the recovery period, with no complications or adverse reactions. In the expected time, the patient completed the clinical treatment plan and discharged. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for spontaneous pneumothorax can help reduce postoperative complications, promote patients’ recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
