Health Management of the Elderly in Welfare Home during the Spring Festival

目的:改进、创新入住老人生活方式,提高入住老人生活质量,增强入住老人春节活动的参与性、趣味性和实效性。方法:提高工作人员的素质,增加互动机会;添加趣味性活动的种类,满足入住老人春节生活情趣的需要。结果:八成以上老人留院过年。结论:福利院入住老人春节的健康管理是多方面的综合给力。

Objective:To improve and innovate the lifestyle,increase the quality of life,enhance the partici-pation,interest and effectiveness during the Spring Festival of the elderly in the welfare home.Methods:Improve the quality of staff,increase opportunities for interaction,and add interesting kinds of activities,to meet the needs of the elderly in the Spring Festival.Results:More than 80%of the elderly stay in the hospital for the New Year.Conclusion:The health management of the elderly in the welfare home during the Spring Festival is a comprehensive effort.
