护理质量敏感指标在预防儿童白血病大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗后消化道黏膜炎的应用体会

Application Experience of Nursing Quality Sensitive Index in Prevention of Digestive Tract Mucositis after Chemotherapy in Childhood Leukemia with Large Dose of Methotrexate

目的:探讨护理质量敏感指标在预防儿童白血病大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗后消化道黏膜炎的应用价值。方法:运用护理敏感指标对98例行大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗的患儿从化疗开始重视患儿主诉到解救结束进行个体化护理。结果:96例患儿未出现消化道黏膜炎,两例患儿出现胃肠道出血,粘膜糜烂,经过精心护理,均迅速康复,进行下一期化疗。结论:运用护理质量敏感指标对儿童白血病大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗的患儿进行个体化护理可大大降低消化道黏膜炎的发生率,从而减轻患儿痛苦,减少住院费用。

Objective:To discuss the application of nursing quality sensitive index in prevention of digestive tract mucositis after chemotherapy in children with large dose of methotrexate.Method:Using the nursing quality sensitive index,98 children who received chemotherapy with large dose of me-thotrexate were given individualized nursing from the beginning of paying attention to the com-plaint of children to the end of the rescue.Result:No digestive tract mucositis was found in 96 cases.Two cases of children had gastrointestinal bleeding,mucous erosion.After careful nursing,all patients recovered quickly and underwent the next chemotherapy.Conclusion:Individualized nursing care for children with high dose methotrexate chemotherapy by using the nursing quality sensitive index can greatly reduce the incidence of digestive tract mucositis,reduce the pain of the children and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
