摘要
目的:调查临床护士对疼痛课程核心知识需求情况,为完善临床护士疼痛课程教育培训提供依据。方法:采用单纯随机抽样法选取浙江省某三级甲等医院82个护理单元的603名临床护士为调查对象,采用护理学专业疼痛课程核心知识体系表收集数据,运用描述性分析方法比较分析临床护士对疼痛课程核心知识条目及模块的需求情况。结果:临床护士对疼痛课程核心知识的总体需求率为74.2%,疼痛个案分析、疼痛评估及治疗、急性疼痛、慢性疼痛、儿童及青少年疼痛均为需求的核心模块。结论:目前临床护士对疼痛课程核心知识有普遍需求,应针对需求探索构建多元化的教学模式,开展基于胜任力的系统性疼痛课程教育培训。
Objective: To investigate the demands of clinical nurses for core knowledge of pain curriculum,and to provide the basis for improving the education and training of clinical nurses’ pain curriculum. Methods: A simple random sampling method was used to select 603 clinical nurses from 82 nursing units in a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang province as the survey objects. Data were collected by using the table of core knowledge system of pain courses of nursing specialty, and the requirements of clinical nurses for core knowledge items and modules of pain courses were compared and analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Results: The aggregate demand rate of clinical nurses for core knowledge in course of pain nursing was 74.2%. Case analysis, pain assessment and treatment, acute pain, chronic pain, pain in children and juvenile were the core module of demand. Conclusion: Clinical nurses have a general demand for the core knowledge of pain curriculum, a diversified education model should been explored and constructed, as well as carrying out competency-based pain curriculum education and training.
