摘要 儿童是一个较为特殊的群体,他们由于机体发育不完善,在消化科护理方面,面临着比成年人更多更复杂的问题,儿童抵抗力较差,因此更容易发生消化科疾病。在治疗的过程中,应用合理、科学的护理干预是关键本文为儿童消化科护理提出可行的方法和应用与总结,分析儿童群体特点与在接受口腔护理过程中会面临的问题,提出通过消化道健康教育社会–心理干预护理的方式,充分调动社会资源,提高患儿及监护人消化系统护理方面的意识知识水平。此外还应注重心理护理在儿童消化道护理中的作用,缓解诊疗过程中中儿童的恐惧与反抗心理,提高医患配合度以达到更好的护理效果。 Children are a relatively special group. Due to inadequate development of the body, we are faced with more and more complex problems in digestive care than adults. Children are less resistant and therefore more prone to digestive diseases. In the process of treatment, the application of reasonable and scientific nursing intervention is the key. This article proposes feasible methods and applications and summary for children’s digestive care, analyzes the characteristics of children’s group and the problems they will face in receiving oral care. Health education social-psychological intervention and nursing methods, fully mobilize social resources, and improve the level of consciousness and knowledge of the digestive system nursing of children and guardians. In addition, we should pay attention to the role of psychological nursing in children’s digestive tract care, alleviate children’s fear and resistance during the diagnosis and treatment process, and improve the doctor-patient coordination to achieve better nursing results.
