摘要
本文对国内军队护理人员离职相关调查进行综述,了解军队聘用护士的离职原因,探讨军队护理人员的离职意愿与离职原因,为调动各级护理人员工作积极性、提高群体凝聚力、促进护理队伍可持续发展,保证军队平稳地度过结构调整阶段提供依据和参考。
This paper summarizes the survey on the resignation of domestic military nursing staff, under-stands the reasons for the resignation of military-hired nurses, explores the willingness and reasons for resignation of military nursing staff, in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff at all levels, improve group cohesion, and promote the sustainable development of nursing teams, providing the basis and reference for ensuring that the army passes the structural adjustment phase smoothly.
