摘要
目的:探究导乐护理对产妇产程的影响。方法:选取160例2018年6月~2019年6月于本院分娩的产妇,随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组运用导乐陪伴护理模式对产妇进行护理,观察对比两组产妇的产程时间、孕妇情绪、疼痛情况和护理满意度。结果:实验组产妇的产程时间显著短于对照组,对护理的满意程度显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。结论:全程导乐助产模式能缩短顺产产妇的生产时间,提高产妇的护理满意度,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore the guidenursing effect on maternal labor. Method: Choose 160 cases in June 2018 to June2019 in our hospital childbirth puerpera, randomly divided into control groupand observation group, etc. Control group uses conventional care model,observation group uses guide accompany nursing mode of maternal care,observation compared two groups of maternal labor time, pregnant women,emotion, pain and nursing satisfaction.
