健康教育干预措施对老年患者消化内科护理的影响研究

A Study on the Countermeasures of Health Education Intervention on the Nursing of the Elderly Patients with Digestive Medicine

目的:探讨分析健康教育干预对老年消化内科患者护理的影响。方法:选取了2019年5月~2020年2月我院收治的消化内科老年患者200例作为研究对象,按照护理方式将其分为两组,各100例,观察组接受常规护理和健康教育,对照组则采用一般护理。结果:观察组患者的护理质量评分高于对照组,观察组患者不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P Aim: To explore the effect of healtheducation intervention on nursing care of elderly patients with digestivemedicine. Method: According to the nursing method, 200 elderly patients fromMay 2019-February 2020 in the Department of Digestive Medicine were dividedinto two groups, 100 cases each. Routine nursing was accepted by theobservation group and health education was used in the control group. Results:The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than thosein the control group. Adverse events were lower than those in the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant
