近10年我国出院准备服务研究热点的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots onDischarge Preparation Service in China in Recent Ten Year

目的:探索近10年我国出院准备服务研究发展现况、研究热点与前沿分析,为临床进一步开展出院准备工作及科研提供借鉴和指导。方法:计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI) 2010年~2020年收录的主题为“出院准备服务”或“出院计划”的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行分析。结果:共纳入469篇文献。近十年有关出院准备服务领域研究的文献数量总体呈上升趋势;关键词共现分析频次前的3个关键词为出院计划(151次)、出院准备服务(60次)和延续护理(45次);关键词中心性排名前3位的是出院计划模式(0.71)、再入院(0.39)、老年人(0.34);突现关键词中强度最高的是临床护理路径;文献共被引分析共得到18个聚类:#0循证护理、#1出院准备计划、#2护理效果、#3护理、#4生活质量、#5影响因素、#6出院计划、#7老年人、#8出院计划服务、#9出院准备服务、#10病人出院、#11腹腔镜手术、#12封闭病房、#13临床效果、#14医护人员、#15髋关节功能、#16系统性健康教育、#17代谢指标。结论:出院准备服务领域的研究逐步受到关注,学术关注度将会越来越高。当前研究的热点主要集中在出院计划模式、临床护理路径、出院计划服务和慢性病;研究的前沿趋势主要集中在出院准备度、连续护理、个案管理和meta分析与综述。

Objective: Explore the current situation,research hotspots and frontier analysis of the research development, researchhotspots and cutting-edge analysis of my country’s discharge preparationservices in the past 10 years, and provide reference and guidance for furtherclinical discharge preparations and scientific research. Methods: A computersearch of the relevant literature on the subject of “discharge preparation service”or “discharge plan” included in the China Knowledge Network Database (CNKI)from 2010 to 2020, using CiteSpace software to analyze the included literature.Results: A total of 469 articles were included. In the past ten years, thenumber of studies on discharge preparation services has shown an overall upwardtrend;the three keywords before the frequency of keyword co-occurrenceanalysis are discharge planning (151 times), discharge preparation services (60times) and continuing care (45 times);The top 3 keywords for centrality arethe discharge planning model (0.71), re-admission (0.39), and the elderly (0.34);the strongest emergent keywords are clinical care pathways;the literature iscited and analyzed. 18 clusters: #0 evidence-based nursing, #1 dischargepreparation plan, #2 nursing effect, #3 nursing, #4 quality of life, #5 influencingfactors, #6 discharge plan, #7 elderly, #8 discharge plan services, #9discharge preparation service, #10 patient discharge, #11 laparoscopic surgery,#12 enclosed ward, #13 clinical effect, #14 medical staff, #15 hip jointfunction, #16 systematic health education, #17 metabolic indicators.Conclusion: Research in the field of discharge preparation services hasgradually attracted attention, and academic attention will increase. Currentresearch hotspots mainly focus on discharge planning mode, clinical carepathways, discharge planning services and chronic diseases;the frontier trendsof research mainly focus on discharge readiness, continuous care, case management,and meta-analysis and review.
