目的:探讨优化护理流程管理在多次玻璃体腔注药患者的应用效果及对其护理满意度影响,为临床护理工作提供有效指导意见。方法:选取我院眼科在2020年1月~12月间收治的多次玻璃体腔内注射患者74例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者35例,按照住院常规护理管理方法对患者进行护理,实验组患者39例,在常规护理管理方法基础上应用优化护理流程管理方法,比较两组的焦虑评分、治疗依从性及患者护理满意度。结果:实验组的SAS得分(26.37 ±3.15)低于对照组(35.61 ±5.26),组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P P

Objective: To explore the applicationeffect of optimized nursing process management in patients with multipleintravitreal injection and its influence on nursing satisfaction, so as toprovide effective guidance for clinical nursing work. Methods: 74 cases of patientswith multiple intravitreal injection in our hospital from January to December2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimentalgroup. 35 cases in the control group were nursed according to the routinenursing management method, while 39 cases in the experimental group were nursedaccording to the optimized nursing process management method on the basis ofthe routine nursing management method.
