口腔溃疡患者的临床口腔护理干预的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Clinical Oral Nursing Intervention for Patients with Oral Ul-cers

目的:探讨口腔溃疡患者重视临床口腔多元化护理干预方案的实施效果及价值。方法:选取口腔溃疡患者100例,均为我院2019年2月至2020年2月期间收治,应用数字表抽取法进行随机分组,就采取临床常规护理模式(对照组,n = 50)与采取临床多元化口腔护理干预模式(观察组,n = 50)口腔疼痛、异味评分,溃疡愈合及恢复正常进食时间、生活质量评分、满意度情况展开对比。结果:两组在护理前,口腔疼痛、异味测评分值无差异(P 】0.05),护理后,各项分值均有降低,且相较对照组,观察组变化更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P 0.05),护理后,分值均有升高,且相较对照组,观察组变化更为明显。

Objective: To explore the effect andvalue of clinical oral diversified nursing intervention for patients with oralulcer. Methods: A total of 100 patients with oral ulcer who were admitted toour hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into twogroups: clinical routine nursing mode (control group, n = 50) and clinicaldiversified oral nursing intervention mode (observation group, n = 50) for oralpain and odor score. Ulcer healing and normal eating time, quality of lifescore, satisfaction were compared. Results: Before nursing, there was nodifference in oral pain and odor test scores between the two groups (P >0 0.05).
