摘要
目的:观察在脑梗塞恢复期患者中应用中医康复护理,护理效果以及对ADL评分的影响。方法:双盲法分组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行中医康复护理。结果:1) 观察组护理效果高于对照组(97.44% vs. 76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P P P 【0.05)。结论:基于脑梗塞恢复期患者,通过应用中医康复护理,在提升护理效果方面优势显著,并且能够改善患者不良情绪以及神经功能缺损情况,优化患者日常生活活动能力,具有推广价值。
