急危重症患者院内转运的风险管理

Risk Management for In-Hospital Transport of Crit-ically Ill Patients

目的:分析护理风险管理在急诊危重症患者院内转运中的作用。方法:随机择取2018年8月到2020年1月期间本院急诊接诊的280例危重症者为研究对象,本次研究中采用随机数字发生器将患者平均分为了研究组与对照组,对照组140例实施传统院内转运,研究组140例采取护理风险管理院内转运。对比两组转运过程风险事件发生情况,患者家属满意度,医疗纠纷发生率。结果:研究组患者转运过程风险事件发生率为0.71%,显著低于对照组的4.29%,p p p 【0.05。结论:急诊危重症患者院内转运的风险多,实施护理风险管理有助于规避和减少风险事件,提高满意度,减少医疗纠纷发生率,值得推广。

Objective: To analyze the role ofnursing risk management in hospital transport of acute critical patients.Methods: A total of 280 critically ill patients admitted in the emergencydepartment of our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were randomlyselected as the research objects.
