门诊手术室个案全程追踪法对护理质量持续改进的影响

Effect of Case Tracking Method on Continuous Improvement of Nursing Quality in Outpatient Operating Room

目的:探究门诊手术室个案全程追踪法对护理质量持续改进的影响。方法:选取门诊手术患者200例作为研究对象,采用简单随机抽样的方法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组予以常规护理管理,观察组予以个案全程追踪法,观察两组的护理满意度、护理纠纷与护理投诉发生率。结果:观察组满意度为96%,显著高于对照组的84%,差异具有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。观察组护理纠纷与护理投诉发生率分别为1%和0%,显著低于对照组的13%和7%,差异具有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。结论:个案全程追踪法能够显著提高门诊手术室护理质量,提升护理满意度,减少护理纠纷与护理投诉。

Objective: To explore the effect of thecase tracking method on continuous improvement of nursing quality in the outpatientoperating room.
