Effect of Humanistic Care Combined with Psychological Guidance on Adverse Emotion and Blood Sugar in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析研究人文关怀联合心理指导对于老年糖尿病患者中不良情绪及血糖的作用。方法:纳入2018年12月至2021年02月接收的80例老年糖尿病患者,随机平均分为2组,对照组40例采纳常规护理,观察组40例采纳人文关怀联合心理指导护理,对比血糖水平及SAS、SDS评分。结果:观察组空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,对比差异显著,P Objective: To analyze and study theeffect of humanistic care combined with psychological guidance on bad mood andblood sugar in elderly patients with diabetes.
