摘要
目的:2019年新冠疫情流行,医务人员自身职业安全防护引起广泛关注,其中医学生作为调查在校医学生医学职业暴露防护知晓率,医学职业防护措施重视程度,为新冠疫情背景下的在校医学生医学防护教育提供一些参考依据。方法:采用自制问卷,分层整群随机分别抽取大一至大三的川北医学院和成都中医药大学医学大学生进行调查。结果:本次共调查1233人,第一部分为医学职业防护知识认知,其中完全不了解15人(1.22%),不了解43人(3.49%),一般了解532人(43.15%),比较了解548人(44.44%),非常了解95人(7.70%)。第二部分为医学职业防护措施重视程度,结果为完全不重要22人(1.78%),不重要10人(0.81%),一般重要43人(3.49%),比较重要343人(27.82%),非常重要815人(66.10%)。结论:医学生对于医学防护知识了解程度不高,接受过医学防护教育的比没有接受过的了解医学防护知识高,对于医学防护措施的重视程度较高,随着年级的增加而提高。
Objective: The new coronavirusepidemic was prevalent in 2019, and the occupational safety protection ofmedical staff has attracted wide attention. Medical students were investigatedas the awareness rate of medical occupational exposure protection of medicalstudents in school, and the importance of medical occupational protectionmeasures was paid to provide some reference for medical protection education ofmedical students in school under the background of new coronavirus epidemic. Methods: Using self-madequestionnaire, stratified cluster random sampling freshmen to juniormedical students in North Sichuan Medical College and Chengdu University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine were investigated. Results: A total of 1233 peoplewere investigated. The first part was the cognition of medical occupationalprotection knowledge, including 15 people (1.22%) who did not understandcompletely, 43 people (3.49%) who did not understand, 532 people (43.15%) whoknew generally, 548 people (44.44% ) who knew relatively, and 95 people (7.70%)who knew very well. The second part is the importance of medical occupationalprotection measures, results for completely unimportant 22 (1.78%), unimportant10 (0.81%), general important 43 (3.49%), more important 343 (27.82%), veryimportant 815 (66.10%). Conclusion: Medical students do not have a high degreeof understanding of medical protection knowledge, and those who have receivedmedical protection education have more understanding of medical protectionknowledge than those who have not. They pay more attention to medicalprotection measures, which increases with the increase of grade.
