中药穴位敷贴在治疗早产儿喂养不耐受中的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察自拟中药方穴位敷贴辅助治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的效果,为中药穴位敷贴的临床应用提供科学依据。方法:将符合纳入标准的早产儿随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组和对照组早产儿入院后均进行常规治疗和护理,对不能达到完全胃肠道喂养的早产儿给予静脉营养支持等。实验组喂养不耐受早产儿使用我院自拟中药方(炒莱菔子15 g,焦六神曲10 g,麸炒枳壳15 g,麸炒白术10 g,焦山楂10 g,炒麦芽10 g。)进行穴位敷贴治疗,贴于患儿胃部及中脘穴,每日1次,每次2小时。同时记录患儿生命体征、腹胀、呕吐、胃潴留等症状消失时间、达到全胃肠道喂养时间、住院时间、不良反应等情况,和未使用中药穴位敷贴的对照组早产儿进行数据分析比对,评价中药穴位敷贴辅助治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的效果。结果:实验组平均住院时间、达到全胃肠道喂养时间、恢复至出生体重时间、症状消失时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:我院自拟中药方穴位敷贴辅助治疗早产儿喂养不耐受有较好疗效,在早产儿入院时或在早产儿发生喂养不耐受时即应用此项治疗,可以有效地减少早产儿喂养不耐受的发生并缩短喂养不耐受持续的时间,对早产儿的营养支持起到至关重要的作用,从而促进早产儿生长发育,减少生长迟缓的发生,减轻家庭负担,提高早产儿生存质量。 Objective:To observe the effect of self-designed Chinese medicine acupoint application onfeeding intolerance of premature infants, and to provide scientific basis forthe clinical application of Chinese medicine acupoint application. Methods: Thepremature infants who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided intoexperimental group and control group. The preterm infants in the experimentalgroup and the control group received routine treatment and nursing afteradmission, and the preterm infants who could not achieve completegastrointestinal feeding were given intravenous nutrition support.Experimental group feeding intolerance preemies prescriptions in our hospital from (fried radish seed 15 g, focalmedicated leaven 10 g, bran fried hovenia dulcis 15 g, 10 g bran fried atractylodes,coke hawthorn 10 g, fried malt 10 g), acupoint application was applied to thestomach and Zhongwan points, once a day, for 2 hours each time. Simultaneouslyrecord vital signs children, abdominaldistension, vomiting, gastric retention, etc, to whole gastrointestinal symptoms disappear time, feeding time,hospitalization time, adverse reactions, etc., and control patients whodid not use the traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking premature fordata analysis, evaluation of Chinesemedicine acupoint sticking auxiliary effect for the treatment of prematureinfant feeding intolerance. Results: The average length of hospital stay,feeding time of whole gastrointestinal tract, recovery time to birth weight andsymptom disappear time in the experimental group were significantly lower thanthose in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Prescription in our hospital from acupoint sticking auxiliarytreatment of premature infant feeding intolerance has good curative effect, inpremature babies in hospital or feeding intolerance in preterm infants in theapplication of the treatment, can effectively reduce the occurrence ofpremature infant feeding intolerance and shorten the duration of the feedingintolerance, play a crucial role in nutritional support for preterm infants, soas to promote the growth and development of premature infants, REDUCE theoccurrence of growth retardation, reduce the family burden, improve the qualityof life of premature infants.
